WANDO FOOTBALL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

SUMMER SCHEDULE for JUNE/JULY

Mondays through Thursdays

 

Upperclassmen - Varsity & JV

Rising Grades 10-12 - Mon through Thurs 7:30am-11am

  • Strength & Conditioning – Wando Ironworks  
  • Begins 6/10 (new Physicals due at this time)
  • Strength & Conditioning, Meetings, Practices
  • 7v7, June 13, 20, 27 at Cane Bay HS
  • Summer Maxouts – Week of 7/22
  • Preseason, Team Reports 8/1, 4 pm

 

Underclassmen – BTeam & CTeam

Rising Grades 7-9 - Mon through Thurs 9:30am-12pm

  • Strength & Conditioning – Wando Ironworks  
  • Begins 6/10 (new Physicals due at this time)
  • Strength & Conditioning, Meetings, Fundamentals  9:30  –  12 Noon M-W (note time differences the first week of summer workouts and on Thursdays in June, done at 11am)

Shorts, Tshirts, Gym Shoes and Cleats is all you need

  • Summer Maxouts – Week of 7/22
  • CTeam and BTeam Practices for all underclassmen (rising 7th – 9th) begin on 8/5 at 8:00am
